I specialize in working with clinicians who are drawn to trauma work but sometimes feel stuck, dysregulated, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we’ll focus not just on skills and interventions but also on how you are being impacted in the room, and how to strengthen the therapeutic relationship in the process.

Supervision with me isn’t about checking a box or being told what to do. It’s an active, collaborative process that integrates education, practical tools, and self-reflection.
We’ll explore:
What’s happening between you and your client, not just what’s happening to your client
Where you might feel pulled, overwhelmed, or activated, and why
How to expand your trauma lens while honoring your limits and instincts
What skills or interventions you might refine, shift, or add
My style is relational, warm, and gently directive. I invite you to bring your full self into the room including your questions, your stuck points, even your insecurities. We’ll use those moments as opportunities for growth.

About My Clinical Background
I’ve worked across settings including community mental health, schools, private practice, the court system, and child protective services.
I bring over two decades of trauma-focused experience, and I currently serve as an adjunct professor and faculty member in clinical social work education and advanced training programs.
This range allows me to support clinicians working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse systems and challenges especially when trauma is at the core.
