Relationship Therapy
for Individuals in New Jersey and Online Across NJ and PA
When relationships are painful, confusing, or always seem to fall apart, it’s okay to take a deeper look
Maybe you keep attracting partners who feel distant, critical, or emotionally unavailable
Or maybe you’re the one who pulls away, even when you deeply want connection. You might be the caretaker, the peacekeeper, the one who gives more than you get. And while you crave closeness, it often leaves you feeling resentful, depleted, or unseen.
Even in friendships or work relationships, the same patterns seem to repeat. You’re aware of them and want to change but you’re not sure how to show up differently without losing yourself or the people you care about.
Relationship struggles Can Be Challenging
Do any of the following sound like you?
It’s exhausting to keep showing up this way and painful to feel like it never quite leads to the connection you want.
Imagine what it could feel like to be in a relationship and still feel like yourself
You don’t have to fix yourself to be lovable. You’re already worthy of relationships that feel safe, mutual, and real.
Therapy can help you heal the relationship beneath all relationships - the one with yourself
You may already be aware of the patterns, but understanding them doesn’t always change them.
That’s where therapy with me comes in. This isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you come back to yourself with curiosity, compassion, and connection.
My style is warm, collaborative, and sometimes filled with laughter, because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I don’t sit behind a wall of professionalism.
I am in it with you, whether that means working through stuck patterns, laughing during a moment of insight, or trying a somatic practice that helps your body feel what safety really is.
start. explore. use. practice.
How Relationship Therapy Works
1
Start by feeling seen and safe
We begin by building trust. You don’t have to perform here, as there’s no right way to show up.
2
Explore the relationship patterns that are keeping you stuck
We’ll gently uncover where these dynamics came from, often early relationships, and how they’re still playing out.
3
Use somatic and relational tools to shift what insight alone can’t
Your body holds so much of what you’ve learned about love, safety, and survival. We’ll use body-based practices like somatic therapy and EMDR to help you shift from the inside out.
4
Practice new ways of relating to others and to yourself
Together, we’ll try on new ways of being that honor your needs, your boundaries, and your capacity for connection.
change is possible
you're allowed to want more from your
relationships & from yourself
If you’ve been caught in the same painful patterns and wondering if real change is possible, I want you to know: it is.
Healing your relationship dynamics doesn’t mean becoming someone else, it means being more authentic to who you are.
I offer individual relationship focused therapy in person in New Jersey and online across NJ and PA.
If you're ready to explore with curiosity and no judgment, I would be honored to support you.
